We conduct a thorough assessment to make sure your home is move-in ready, and then we take a series of pictures that will be used to advertise the property. We list it on all of the sites tenants are using to find homes, and then we track results so we know how people are responding to our ad. Our technology allows tenants to visit the property when it’s convenient for them. We’re responsive to their questions and interest; and after they’ve seen the home, we’re available to help them with the application process.
Tenant Screening
That leaves us to screening. We have established a consistent set of leasing criteria that ensures only the finest tenants are renting from you.
